    Schedule your important dates for the month. Birthdays, parties, holidays, meetings, etc.

    The daily log has lines for gratitude, sleep, exercise and steps. It also has a to do list and time blocking.

    Write down various notes for each day. Treat this as a journal for your daily thoughts or whatever you wish.
